Investment criteria
We identify and support investments focused on energy transition meeting the following criteria:
clearly demonstrated technical capacity to reduce atmospheric carbon release through a superior production process or product;
a co-investment alongside a major corporation with direct experience in the market;
a project or product that consumes sustainable, non-food feedstock;
a large and growing available market;
a product with multiple uses across disparate markets;
a product that is immediately interchangeable (“drop in”) with a current, commonly used, high carbon product;
a product that is produced using existing infrastructure and proven methodology wherever possible;
minimal, realistic and predictable government subsidies where applicable;
strong and predictable economic returns
